He’s just written a book, Let Them See You, that’s out now. It addresses how diverse individuals can leverage their diversity as an asset at work, and also how champions of diversity can understand the value and for diverse candidates in the workplace.

We discuss what drove him to create his platform, the importance of diversity in the workplace, and the intrinsic business value of embracing a diverse work force. Plus the work-life balance of a start up CEO
